Terms and Conditions

Service Description; My dog training services includes, dog training , puppy training , behaviour consultations using force free modern training methods.

Booking and Rescheduling and Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel  a session, failure to do so will result in the full fee for the session being charged. Booking deposits are non refundable.

Liability Lorraine Tester Dog Training is not liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by the clients dog during or after training sessions.

Photography and Videos I may occasionally take photos or videos for training and assessment purposes and promotional services. Please inform me if you do not wish your dog to be included.

Privacy  I respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties.

Changes to terms and conditions  Lorraine Tester Dog Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes,
